Senior Level International Sales Director
Responsibilities:
Develop and successfully execute a B2B sales / business development plan for international markets (U.S./Europe)
Accurately forecast quarterly sales
Promote and market all our service to existing and new clients
Start and maintain an effective and efficient sales team
Basic Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be 100% fluent in American English written & spoken.
Minimum Bachelor degree from an accredited foreign university. MBA preferred.
5+ years International Sales experience from an accredited B2B service company. Experience in the outsroucing service industry is a big plus.
Normal working hours can be flexible, but person must be able to adjust schedule to meet local foreign time zones when needed.
Ability to create business opportunities and develop strong long-term relationships.
Great leadership and management skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Puri Indah (Kembangan), Jakarta Barat. Full-time position only.
