Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of human resouce and general affair, and doing strategic and operational function of legal and industrial relation to faciliate company in achieveing company's objectives
Requirements:
Male, age between 30-35 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering
Having minimum 4 years experience at managerial level in food maufacturing industry
Having experiences in recruiting employees in large amount and dealing with labour providers
Having experiences in doing general affairs function
Competent in giving basic human resouce-related trainings
Having excellent understanding about gevernment laws and regulations
Strong leadership, strategic-minded, and excellent negotiation skills
Fluent in Mandarin language is preferred
Willing to be placed in Karawang - West Java
