Responsibilities:
To Handle all secretarial jobs and ensure that all administration works are executed efficiently.
Requirements:
Female, single below 28 years old
Hold Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business Management, Secretarial Studies or related field of study with GPA min 3.00 (preferable from Tarakanita and St. Marry)
Minimum 2 years experience
Highly proficient at Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin it's a must
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Honest, Self Motivated, Initiative and Hard Worker
Attractive appearance
